Propaganda has a long history when it comes to marketing and action sports.  They’ve helped endemic brands communicate better, but I personally feel their strongest asset is their ability to help non-endemic brands engage the youth market.  Oh, creative director Ty Smith isn’t a slouch on a board either, but that’s not why you should hire them.
